Frank Bayardo is the visionary creator and founder of RevoTRAC, LLC. With over 30 years of construction management experience and more than 20 years in school operations, Frank has served districts ranging from 5,000 to 106,000 students. His extensive, hands-on experience in diverse educational environments has given him a deep understanding of the challenges schools face, including shrinking budgets and limited resources.
